extremes new album!!!!!

if any of you guys like kick ass rock i would really recommend extremes new album, its a must listen for guitarists!

nuno bettencourt is amaaaaaaazing on it and i dont think ive had an album that i want to listen to all the way through for years.


also any metalheads should check out metallicas new effort, its seriously good(unlike the last 3 albums).

anyone recommend me some cool stuff?
